TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E21 OF 2024 By Hudson Simiyu Kasisi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nathan Kasisi Wabuke, who died at Kimilili Sub-location, on 12th April, 1996. CAUSE NO. E23 OF 2024 By (1) Henry Wambani Matere, (2) Maurice Wekesa Wanyonyi and (3) Martin Nyongesa Wanyonyi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wanyonyi Matere, who died at Kitale District Hospital, on 4th August, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
