TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E26 OF 2020 By Lucia Akoth Otieno, of P.O. Box 1797, Maseno in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Athiambo Ouko, who died at Upper Kombewa, on 4th August, 1999. CAUSE NO. 6 OF 2022 By (1) Seline Achieng Oganyo and (2) Gordon Ouma Oganyo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Enoka Oganyo Obinda, who died at West Kadinga, on 17th June, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
