TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E65 OF 2023 By (1) Loice Motongori Sasi and (2) Eunice Nyambero Sasi, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Sasi Nyakeragera alias Nyakeragera Sasi, who died at Nguruna Sub-location, on 27th November, 2015. CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2024 By Yako Masero George, of P.O. Box 1, Kehancha in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Robina Mokira Yako, who died on 23rd October, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
