Box 420, Suna in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Makara Chacha alias Makara Chacha, who died at Masaba Sub-location, on 15th March, 2010. CAUSE NO. E75 OF 2023 By Peter Sasi Chacha, of P.O. Box 420, Suna in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chacha Maroa Ngoga alias Chacha Marwa, who died at Masaba Sub-location, on 9th May, 1992. CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2024 By Fredrick Marwa Nyamohanga, of P.O. Box 82, Kehancha in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chegere Makuri, who died on 16th April, 1987. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
