TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E354 OF 2023 By Elizabeth Wainuku Munyua, of P.O. Box 48, Karatina in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Munyua Kariuki, who died at Jamii Hospital in Kenya, on 29th July, 2023. THE KENYA GAZETTE 25th March, 2024 CAUSE NO. E17 OF 2024 By (1) Jecinta Njoki Wambugu and (2) Beatrice Wanjiku Kariithi, both of P.O. Box 525, Karatina in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kariithi Kabuchi Matundu alias Kariithi s/o Kabuchi, who died at Gatei Sub-location, on 26th June, 1995. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
