CAUSE NO. E324 OF 2023 By (1) Fredrick Ogola Atogo, (2) Stephen Ochieng Opondo, (3) Domtila Atieno Mulor, (4) Ochieng Christiano Mulor and (5) Cornel Musah Tonui, the deceased’s grandsons, daughter and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Christiano Mulor Opondo alias Mulor Opondo, who died at Kathieno “B”, on 29th December, 1986. E36 OF 2023 By Margaret Awuor Opondo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Opondo Onyango, who died at Karadolo West, on 26th June, 2008. CAUSE NO. E45 OF 2024 By (1) Nicholas Okech and (2) Simon Oduor Otieno, both of P.O. Box 22, Sidindi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Oloo Othieno alias Othieno Oloo, who died at Yiro East Sub-location, on 13th April, 1990.
