E21 OF 2020 By (1) Clementina Opondo Oguta and (2) Jenifa Adoyo Oguta, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Syprianus Oguta Obiero alias Oguta Obiero, who died on 15th September, 1994. CAUSE NO. E226 OF 2023 By (1) Mary Agutu Okinyi and (2) Syprian Ochieng Okinyi, both of P.O. Box 1, Ndhiwa in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Otoro Odhul, who died on 15th May, 2008. CAUSE NO. E246 OF 2023 By Sophia Auma Achiro, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Achiro Otieno, who died on 4th August, 2006. CAUSE NO. E247 OF 2023 By Emmily Aoko, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Leonard Ogola Otieno, who died on 5th November, 1995. CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2024 By (1) Jackline Akinyi Obuya and (2) Victor Omondi Ogalo, both of P.O. Box 273–40302, Ndhiwa in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Ogalo Amuko, who died on 7th September, 1997.
