TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E165 OF 2023 By Julius Ogendo Ponge, of P.O. Box 307–40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joanes Ponge Rombo alias Ponge Rombo, who died at Mayenya, on 10th July, 2004. CAUSE NO. E21 OF 2024 By John Pius Yogo Ajwang, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kevin Shalom Obongo Ajwang alias Kevin Obongo Ajwang John, who died at Coptic Hospital in Kenya, on 4th May, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
