TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E55 OF 2023 By Raeli Chepkemoi Chepyoset, of P.O. Box 135, Sotik in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipsoi arap Chepyoset, who died at Chebole, on 3rd July, 1999. CAUSE NO. E57 OF 2023 By (1) Angelina Chepkirui Chemorer, (2) Christopher Kipkoech Soy and (3) Joseph Kipkirui Tonui, all of P.O. Box 54, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipsoi arap Chemorer alias Kipsoi arap Chomorer, who died at Kipsimbol, on 7th Septermber, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
