E17 OF 2023 By Munirarai Mansurali Mulla, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Shabbir Tayabali Gohar, who died at Aga Khan Hospital in Kenya, on 29th September, 2022. CAUSE NO. 2 OF 2024 By Nasrin Riaz Kassam, of P.O. Box 6896, Dar-es-Salaam, Tanzania, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Amirali Karmali Poonja, who died on 27th October, 2021. CAUSE NO. 3 OF 2024 By Amir Dhanani, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sherbanu Mohamedali Dhanani alias Sherbanu Dhanani, who died on 3rd March, 2001. CAUSE NO. 4 OF 2024 By Niamet Rajan-Ladak, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abdulaziz Ali Ladak, who died on 23rd April, 2007.
