APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 5 (1) (i) of the Agriculture and Food Authority Act, 2013, the Cabinet Secretary for Agriculture and Livestock Development appoints— SAMWEL ONYANGO ONG’OW to be a member of the Board of Directors of the Agriculture and Food Authority, pursuant to his nomination by the Kisumu Sugar Belt Union, for a period of five (5) years, with effect from the 29th November, 2023.
