APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by sections 6 (a) and 6 (d) (iii) of the National Social Security Fund Act, as read together with section 51 (1) of the Interpretation and General Provisions Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Labour and Social Protection appoints— DAVID KARIUKI NJERU to be a Trustee and Chairperson of the National Social Security Fund Board of Trustees, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 15th March, 2024.
