REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Flume Limited, of P.O. Box 392, Watamu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as lessee of all that piece of land known as Plot No. 8615/6, Kilifi, situate in Kilifi Municipality in Kilifi District, registered as C.R. 31687/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period as provided under section 33 (3) of the Act.
