REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ruth Wambui Roussos, of P.O. Box 90762–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor of absolute freehold of all that piece of land containing 0.3215 hectare or thereabouts, known as Plot No. 1737/I/MN, situate in the Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered as C.R. 13956, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of title thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
