THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Goodman Agencies Limited, a limited liability company incorporated in Kenya, of P.O. Box 38823, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 1870/X/2, situate in Nairobi County, by virtue of a grant registered as I.R. 122427/1, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost/destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register has failed, and whereas the proprietor has indemnified the Government of the Republic of Kenya against all claims that may be made after reconstruction of the register, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed under the provsions of section 33(5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
