REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Villette Properties Limited, of P.O. Box 83313– 80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the district of Mombasa, registered under title No. Mombasa/Block XXVI/298, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (white card) of the said piece of land is missing, and whereas efforts made to locate the said land register (white card) has failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to open another land register and upon such opening nthe said missing land register shall be deemed absolute and of no effect.
