REGISTRATION

WHEREAS JRPS Properties Limited, of P.O. Box 34–20200, Kericho in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land known as Kericho Municipality Block 4/6, situate in the district of Kericho, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed under section 33 (5) provided that no objection has been received within that period.
