THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Geoffrey Kamau alias Geofrey Kamau alias Geoffrey Kamau Gichuhi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.05 hectare or thereabouts, known as Kabare/Nyangati/2803, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Kerugoya in Succession Cause No. E18 of 2021, has issued grant and confirmation letters to (1) Tabitha Mukami Kamau, (2) Secily Wanjiku Maina and (3) Joram Muiruri Kamau, and whereas all efforts to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said administration letters to (1) Tabitha Mukami Kamau, (2) Secily Wanjiku Maina and (3) Joram Muiruri Kamau, and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said Geoffrey Kamau alias Geofrey Kamau alias Geoffrey Kamau Gichuhi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
