THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS David Kamili Mutiso (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.0450 hectare or thereabouts, known as Mavoko Town Block 3/498, situate in the district of Machakos, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Machakos in Succession Cause No. 132 of 1999, has issued grant of letters of administration to (1) Ruth Mbithe Kamili, (2) Timothy K. Kamili and (3) Joseph M. Kamili, and whereas the said (1) Ruth Mbithe Kamili, (2) Timothy K. Kamili and (3) Joseph M. Kamili, have executed LRA 39 for registration, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed for the said parcel of land have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of LRA 39 to (1) Ruth Mbithe Kamili, (2) Timothy K. Kamili and (3) Joseph M. Kamili, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to David Kamili Mutiso (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
