THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Charles Kinyanjui Gatebu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.81 hectare or thereabouts, known as Loitokitok/Kimana Tikondo/726, situate in the district of Kajiado, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Loitokitok, has issued grant in favour of (1) Beatrice Wambui and (2) Mary Nduta, to be registered as administrators, and whereas the land register issued in respect of the said piece of land has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to reconstruct second edition land register and proceed with registration in favour of the said administrators, and upon such registration the land register issued earlier to the said Charles Kinyanjui Gatebu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
