THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mugweru Njoroge Mugweru (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 2.1 hectares or thereabout, known as Nyandarua/Geta/1106 and whereas in the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Engineer in Succession Cause No. 158 of 2019, has issued grant of letters of administration to Peter Mwangi Mugueru (ID/2888417), and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Mugweru Njoroge Mugweru (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Mugweru Njoroge Mugweru (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
