REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Francis Mwangi Maunji, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 36/II/13, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area by virtue of conveyance registered as GLA 461 Vol. N3, Folio 401/21 and whereas the office has established that (1) Peter Gatheca Mugo and (2) Muturi Njoroge have fraudulently Procured registration of transfers registered as Vol. N147, Folio 154 entries No. 22 and 23 and whereas the office has issued adequate notice through the Directorate of Criminal Investigations to (1) Peter Gatheca Mugo and (2) Muturi Njoroge to surrender the said transfer for cancellation under sections 14 (a) and 79 (2) of the Act and the Regulations thereof but declined to do so and whereas Francis Mwangi Maunji has produced the original conveyance and documents in respect of the parcel which the office has authenticated as the genuine documents in respect of the parcel that form part of the records held at the central registry, notice is given that the transfer registered in the names of (1) Peter Gatheca Mugo and (2) Muturi Njoroge stand deregistered and cancelled.
