NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 7th March, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. DB 79, in Volume B-13, Folio 2339/21124, File No. 1637, by our client, Emmaculate Akeyo Onyango, of P.O. Box 80366–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Emmaculate Akeyo, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Emmaculate Akeyo, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Emmaculate Akeyo Onyango, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Emmaculate Akeyo Onyango only.
