REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Phylis Wangui Wachira, of P.O. Box 10152–00400, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor lessee of all that Apartment No. B1, situate on the first floor of the building erected on a piece of land known as L.R. No. 76/983, situate in Kiambu Municipality in Kiambu District, by virtue of a lease, as I.R. 162923/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixtyy (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
