REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Aziz Gulamhussein Esmail Dossa, (2) Mrs. Hamidabai Aziz Gulamhussein Dossa, (3) Arif Aziz Gulamhussein Dossa and (4) Abbasali Aziz Gulamhussein Dossa, all of P.O. Box 92576, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are the registered proprietors in leasehold of all that piece of land known as Plot No. Mombasa/Block XXVI/512, containing 0.2778 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Mombasa, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
