REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Appropriate Technologies For Enterprise Creation Limited, of P.O. Box 48981–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.402 hectare or thereabouts, registered under title No. Dagoretti/Riruta/3890, situate in the district of Nairobi, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease has been lost or misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
