REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Simon Kinyanjui Mungai (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 2.0 hectares or thereabout, known as Nachu/Mikuyuini/294, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Kikuyu in Succession Cause No. 73 of 2018, has issued grant of letters of administration to (1) Esther Wangui Kinyanjui and (2) Peter Njenga Kinyanjui, both of P.O. Box 635–0902, Kikuyu in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to Simon Kinyanjui Mungai (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of R.L.39 and R.L. 42 and issue land title deed to the said (1) Esther Wangui Kinyanjui and (2) Peter Njenga Kinyanjui, and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said Simon Kinyanjui Mungai (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
