REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Thomas Mburu Guchu (deceased), is registered proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.48 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Murang’a, registered under title No. Loc. 5/Kagunduini/1459, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in Succession Cause No. 1073 of 2007, has issued grant and THE KENYA GAZETTE 12th April, 2024 confirmation letter to Irene Njeri Mburu, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said grant document, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Thomas Mburu Guchu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
