REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Aggrey Isigi Agoyi, is registered proprietor of all that piece of land known as E. Bukusu/N. Kanduyi/1602, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Bungoma in Succession Cause No. 91 of 2022, has issued grant of letters of administration to (1) Frida Buguza Agoui and (2) Ennedy Misigo Agoyi, and whereas the said green card is missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to proceed with the registration of the said transmission instrument, and upon such registration the green card registered earlier under Aggrey Isigi Agoyi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
