REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Pius Opaladadi Imojaru alias Opaladadi Imojaru (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as South Teso Chakol/935, situate in the district of Busia, and whereas the Chief Majistrate’s Court at Busia in Succession Cause No. 620 of 2020, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Julius Imujaro Opalakadi, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to Pius Opaladadi Imojaru alias Opaladadi Imojaru (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of R.L. 39 and R.L. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Pius Opaladadi Imojaru alias Opaladadi Imojaru (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
