REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Roida Tengerere, is registered as the proprietor of all that piece of land known as Nandi/Kapkangani/3287, situate in the district of Nandi, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Kapsabet in Succession Cause No. 16 of 2020, has issued further amended certificate of confirmation of grant in favor of Phinias Avedi Asalwa, and whereas the land title deed issued to the said Roida Tengerere has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Roida Tengerere, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
