GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 4442

WHEREAS Isaac Kyangu Kitabi alias Isaac Kyangu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.01 hectare or thereabouts, known as Machakos Town Block II/170, situate in the district of Machakos, and whereas the Chief Magistrates Court in Succession Cause No. 85 of 2020, has issued grant of letters of administration to (1) Benedicta Mwikali (ID/6882478) and (2) Thomas Nguta Kyangu (ID/1679765), and whereas the said (1) Benedicta Mwikali (ID/6882478) and (2) Thomas Nguta Kyangu (ID/1679765) has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of L.R.A. 39 in respect to the said piece of land, and whereas the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land has been missing or lost, and whereas all efforts made to recover the said land title deed for the said piece of land have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of L.R.A. 39 in the name of (1) Benedicta Mwikali (ID/6882478) and (2) Thomas Nguta Kyangu (ID/1679765), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Isaac Kyangu Kitabi alias Isaac Kyangu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
