THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kitika Mbola Kamosya, of P.O. Box 83, Lunga Lunga in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of all that piece of land known as Machakos/Konza North Block 1/1039, situate in the district of Machakos, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Machakos in Succession Cause No. 233 of 2015, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to (1) Raphael Kyallo Kitika and (2) Martin Kitika Mbola, both of P.O. Box 83, Lunga Lunga, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land certificate to to (1) Raphael Kyallo Kitika and (2) Martin Kitika Mbola, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kitika Mbola Kamosya, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
