REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Koga Ngongo alias Kirisantus Koga Ngongo (deceased), of P.O. Box 297, Oyugis in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of all that piece of land known as W. Kasipul/Konyango Kokal/455, situate in the district of Rachuonyo South, and whereas in the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Oyugis in Succession Cause No. 205 of 2020, has issued grant in favor of Philip THE KENYA GAZETTE 12th April, 2024 Ouma Owidi, of P.O. Box 297, Oyugis, and whereas the land title deed in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instruments of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and issue a land title deed to Philip Ouma Owidi, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Koga Ngongo alias Kirisantus Koga Ngongo (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
