WHEREAS Wellington Aggrey Ondiek alias Wellington Aggrey Owino Ondiek alias Wellington A. Owino Ondiek (deceased), is the registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Kisumu/Pandpieri/2190, situate in the district of Kisumu, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Kisumu in Succession Cause No. E629 of 2021, has issued grant in favour of Andrew Ochieng Owino, and whereas the said court has confirmed the grant in favour of Andrew Ochieng Owino, and whereas the land title deed in respect of Wellington Aggrey Ondiek alias Wellington Aggrey Owino Ondiek alias Wellington A. Owino Ondiek (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of LRA 39 and LRA 42 as per the grant and the certificate of confirmation of grant, and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said Wellington Aggrey Ondiek alias Wellington Aggrey Owino Ondiek alias Wellington A.
