REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mwanakombo Salimu Bungare (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Kwale/Bumbani “B”/746, situate in the district of Kwale, and whereas the Kadhis Court at Kwale in Succession Cause No. E259 of 2023, has vested the property to (1) Omari Athuman Dzambo, (2) Bakari Athuman Dzambo and (3) Mwanamisi Athuman Dzambo, as trustees, and whereas the title deed issued earlier to the said Mwanakombo Salimu Bungare (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Mwanakombo Salimu Bungare (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
