NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya and following an order by the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Oloitokitok, under miscellaneous case No. E15 of 2024 to the owners of the motor cycles, motor vehicle, bicycles and assorted scraps at Oloitokitok Police Station, within seven (7) days from the date of this publication of this notice, failure to which Autoland Auctioneers Mombasa shall proceed to dispose of the said Motor cycles, Assorted scrap, motor vehicle and bicycles.
