ACT

NOTICE is given under the provision of Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) laws of Kenya, to the owners of motor vehicles KAJ 865M, 504 pick-up and KAG 266F, 504 saloon, Hassan Koskei, to collect the said vehicles from Seventy Seven Storage Yard, Eldoret. As per the letter from G&A Advocates dated 8th April, 2024, instructing Seventy Seven Auctioneers to sell the said vehicles on 8th May, 2024 or thereabout from the date of publication of this notice upon payments of storage charges, costs, towing fees, removal fees, incidentals including the cost of publication of this notice, the same shall be disposed of by public auction or private treaty without any further reference to the owner(s) and proceeds of the sale to be used in defraying the said costs.
