NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 2nd April, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 112, in Volume D1, Folio 843/3654, File No. MMXXIII, by our client, Jacinta Ruguru Muthiora, formerly known as Jacinta Waruguru, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Jacinta Waruguru and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Jacinta Ruguru Muthiora, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Jacinta Ruguru Muthiora only.
