NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 1st February, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1151, in Volume D1, Folio 61/723, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Shawn Peter Kimani Laban, of P.O. Box 59309–00200, Nairobi, formerly known as Peter Kimani Kimungu, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Peter Kimani Kimungu, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Shawn Peter Kimani Laban, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Shawn Peter Kimani Laban only.
