NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 5th February, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1531, in Volume D1, Folio 842/3654, File No. MMXXIII, by our client, Kimani Wanyambura, of P.O. Box 657– 00232, Ruiru in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Shadrack Kuria Kimani, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Shadrack Kuria Kimani, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Kimani Wanyambura, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Kimani Wanyambura only.
