NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 11th March, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. DB-233, in Volume B-13, Folio 2342/21156, File No. 1637, by our client, Simon Kutoto Wanyama, formerly known as Simon Brian Kutoto, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Simon Brian Kutoto, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Simon Kutoto Wanyama, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Simon Kutoto Wanyama only.
