REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Etu Brute Limited, of P.O. Box 59839, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor in leasehold ownership interest of all that piece of land known as Plot No. 16461, Taita, situate in Taita Municipality in Taita District, registered under title No. C.R. 26604/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period, as provided under section 33 (3).
