IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by regulation (1) (b) of the Schedule to the Estate Agents Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Lands, Public Works, Housing and Urban Development appoints— Stella Mwengwa Gitimu, Cornelius Mulinge Kimuyu, to be members of the Estate Agents Registration Board, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 19th April, 2024.
