THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Rasulkhan Ismat Khan and (2) Jamal Gulam Adam, both of P.O. Box 95613–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in leasehold interest of all that piece of land known as plot No. 314/V/MN, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered as CR. 6704/1, and whereas the register in respect of thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed under the provision of section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
