THAT this Honorable Court be pleased to issue an order declaring that motor vehicle registration number KCR 003A chassis number BAVFN627RISY00820 registered in the name of Galgalo Mohammed Liban be forfeited to the Government. 4. THAT this Honorable Court be pleased to issue an order declaring that motor vehicle registration number KCZ 056L chassis number BAVFN627RLSY00977 registered in the name of Abdinasir Hirbo Shande and First Community Bank Limited be forfeited to the Government. THIS MATTER coming up for Judgment on 20th of March, 2024 before Lady Justice E.N. Maina for Application dated 2nd March, 2023 brought by the Counsel for the Applicant under Sections 90 and 92 of the Proceeds of Crime and Anti-Money Laundering Act as read together with order 51 of the Civil Procedure Rules and all enabling provisions of the law. In The Presence of Counsel for the Applicant and Counsel for the Respondents, IT IS HEREBY DECREED: 1. THAT an order be and is hereby issued declaring that motor vehicle registration number KCR 003A chassis number BAVFN627RISY00820 registered in the name of Galgalo Mohammed Liban is a proceed of crime and therefore liable for forfeiture to the Government. 2. THAT the vehicle registration number KCR 003A chassis number BAVFN627RISY00820 registered in the name of Galgalo Mohammed Liban be and is hereby forfeited to the Government. 3.
