NOTICE is given that the bankruptcy petition of the above named individual at the High Court at Mombasa was presented to the Court by E. Nyongesa, Advocates and Associates, Uganda Property Holdings Limited Building, 2nd Floor, Room 24, Opp. Saf/DTB Bank, Moi Avenue, P.O. Box 16704–80100, Mombasa. And that the said Petition is directed to be mentioned before the High Court sitting in Mombasa Commercial and Tax Division at 9.00 a.m. on the 21st February, 2024 and any creditor or individual desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition, may give notice to the petitioner’s advocate not later than 4.00 p.m. of the afternoon before the petition is heard and appear at the time of the said mention in person or by his advocate, for that purpose, and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor of the said company requiring such copy on payment of regulated charges for the same.
