Box 80366–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mweri Tangai Kinando, who died at Coast General Hospital in Kenya, on 20th October, 2009. CAUSE NO. E39 OF 2024 By (1) Raju Shashikant Hermraj Shah alias Raju Shashikant Hemraj Shah and (2) Sachin Shashikant Shah alias Sachin Shashikant Hemraj Shah, both of P.O. Box 80852–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, for a grant of probate of written will to the estate of Gita Shashi Shah alias Gita Shashikant Hemraj Bhoja Shah, who died at Mkomani Estate, Mombasa, on 30th December, 2023. CAUSE NO. E41 OF 2024 By Ramla Mohamed Jeneby, the executrix named in the deceased’s last will, for a grant of probate of written will to the estate of Athman Ali Athuman alias Athuman Allay Ngowi, who died at Aga Khan Hospital in Tanzania, on 9th May, 2020.
