Box 12233–20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Chemweno Borgoiyet, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya., on 14th September, 2003. E56 OF 2024 By Gitundu David Kamau alias David Kamau Gitundu, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Wanjugu Gitundu alias Gitundu Esther Wanjugu, who died at Njoro Sub-county Hospital in Kenya, on 31st August, 2020. CAUSE NO. E69 OF 2024 By (1) Rashiklal Kanji Rupshi Shah and (2) Mukeshchandra Kanji R. Shah, both of P.O. Box 1874–00606, Nairobi in Kenya, the executors named in the deceased’s last will, for a grant of probate of written will to the estate of Chandrakant Kanji Shah alias Kanji Shah Chandrakant alias Chandrakant Kanji Rupshi Shah, who died at 3rd Park Hospital in Kenya, on 11th December, 2023.
