TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 346 OF 2023 By (1) Harun Vusisa Kishasha and (2) Pamela Jaladha Kihyahya, both of P.O. Box 119, Naitiri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Kiyaya Muhenge, who died at Lukhokhwe Area, Milima, on 18th December, 2023. CAUSE NO. E95 OF 2024 By Christine Sitawa Sanya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Wakhisi Furukha, who died at Tuuti, on 7th May, 1995. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
